First I do know that there are many google searches but not all searches give the same answer or work, anyway my question is simple

How do I transfer everything meaning:

contacts

photos

applications

etc

from iphone 3 to iphone 4 ( both of these phones I bought in thailand )

many suggestions involves itunes, please advise for itunes steps if those work and if itunes does not work what applications will

I forgot to mention that it will work for iphone 3 to 4 no problem
