Drop in to the Pattaya Squash Club, every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday at Ambassador Hotel from 17:00.

All levels of players are there.

Is that an actual club set up? I used to love squash and wouldn't mind a game every now and then. Do you play there and what is the level?

It's sort of a Club set up Richard. They don't have a league but they do arrange matches against other oppositon like Bangkok British Club and Chiang Mai Gymkhana a couple of times a year.

All levels are there, from coaches to beginners.

I used to play twice a week when I lived in Pattaya but don't go since I moved to Ban Chang.

Cost used to be 40 Baht a session per person and you could play as many games as you liked between 5pm and usually 7~8pm.

There's 4 courts so you don't have to wait long to get on one, it all depends on how many turn up each session.

I used to play there a few years back until my partner left. The problem of course is the distance. However I might go along one evening and have a go. I leave again in a week or so though but will try make it. The problem is trying to make time for the gym, running, squash, and of course the kids. Busy busy.

Victor give me a ring when you are in town,or any one else,just pm me with details,i played A grade squash when younger,but that was 20 yrs ago,probably a mid to advanced grade level now,i am 43 now and the legs don't move as fast....i am a member of fairtex
