Their FAQ states (https://www.texashomebase.io/faqs😞 You cannot use a CMRA (Commercial Mail Receiving Agent) as a "physical address" for bank accounts because of the Patriot Act. You can use our address as the "mailing address" but would need to use a friend or family member's address for the "physical" requirement. -
