I've uploaded a profile and avatar photo that are both under the size limit and yet they are showing up as broken images, why?

That image is showing fine here, so it's definitely a cache problem. Try clearing your cache/temporary internet files, then click this link

Very strange. I tried it on 3 different browsers and they all display a missing image.

Sometimes it's not the local browser cache, which CTRL+F5 will reload, but the ISP cache and could take a couple of days before it will refresh and allow the image to be viewable.

Seems to be working now. Thanks for the help.
