clover888
I'm looking to buy a house in a gated community like Nichada Thani.
quiksilva
Try the major housing developer's websites eg Sansiri, Land & Houses, Pruksa, etc. They have numerous estates located throughout Bangkok and the surrounding provinces.
jcon
Grand Canal Prachacheun. It's near Nichada, but IMO better - basically attached to Sports City which has a great driving range, a great gym, great basketball courts, tennis courts, swimming pool, yoga studio, etc. etc.... plus a Villa Supermarket. You never heave to leave the premises if you don't want to!!! Also, you can build your own house according to your own spec on your own land (they also have the cookie-cutter houses on-site), but for that be prepared for a 2-year headache...................................................................................................................................................................... There is one nice lot for sale behind the driving range right on the canal There are also some very very nice developments off of Bang Na Expressway - really nice houses (think western quality houses on golf courses) - but who the heck wants to live in Bang Na???? I thought you did. Btw I just watch this film based in Taiwan and got a mild shock. Well anyway driving up to dream world had some very nice developments happening that got my interest. But the sounding areas are very ghetto the farther you get away from Bangkok.

thaihome
A bit closer in and perhaps marginally more upscale then Nichada and others mentioned, would be Panya Village near Pattanakarn Soi 30. TH
