anyone know where the office is that you add people to your Condo Blue Book and/or get the yellow book? I think it is somewhere off of Theprasit, but don't remember exactly where... Thanks in Advance.

Do you mean the Land Office? along Thepprasit Soi 8 or from the Pattaya end Soi 17 off Second Road.

Blue book / yellow book - nothing to do with land office as far as i know, i think you need to be going to city hall on Pattaya Nua opposite Tesco Lotus.
