I am supposed to be going on a small break to Vietnam in a few weeks. Does anyone know what the visa looks like? Is it a small stamp or a full page? I only have one full page left in my passport and I do not have time to get a new one. If they use up my remaining space I may not be able to get back into Thailand. Does anyone know?

Thanks a lot,

westen.

It's a full page sticker plus a half page for entry/exit stamps

:) YES it is right what Andy say, not important if you get the visa in the Embassy in BKK or if you order a e-visa. depend on visa you have for Thailand, you would also need some space min. for entry stamp. Beside same size of a full page sticker for Cambodia and Laos. Only Malaysia would need half page for entry and exit stamp.

make sure u apply online to be preapproved. Note the cost of the visa, i am told by a friend who just checked is a lot more at the embassy than going online and being pre approved and getting the visa when u arrive.

If ur american go get more pages added to your passport $80.

I am not sure if direct visa in embassy is more expensive. usual for e-ticket you pay 20$ plus visa. This isn't the matter, I used often both but last time 3 plane arrived and we wait 2 hours until ticket was given!!!. So if you live in or close BKK it make sense get your visa in embassy ... 1 day in next day out or you pay express cost and you can wait
