I have noticed quite a lot of posters on TV, who are concerned about this drug (i.e. where to get it). In my old country I never heard anyone talk about this. What's wrong with them?

There could be numerous reasons as to what is 'wrong' with them.

I know plenty of teenagers in the UK use it as a recreational drug now after a night out on the beer. No stigma attached to it at all.

It can be difficult acquiring Viagra here unless you know how. Hence people ask 'where?'
