If you like Vietnamese-esque food, the Triple Two Hotel (next to Narai Hotel) has just ported their lunch buffet into dinner hours. I haven't tried it yet, but I do enjoy their lunch Viet buffet every now and then. My wife and I both like it fine. Anyway, last time we were there (16 April) they had a leaflet announcing the dinner buffet, and until the 31st of May the tariff will be 399 nett. (No, I don't work for them, just a sometime customer.)

I haven't eaten there yet, but I have been told by many others that the Colonade at the Sukothai, as mentioned by Goinghomesoon, is the best brunch in Bankgok.
