Where I Can Get Arrowroot (แป้งเท้ายายม่อม) In Bangkok?

I am looking for arrowroot, and I know the root grows in Thailand, and I can get the (dried) root at my TCM pharmacy in Yaowarat,

but I need the white powder, to use as a natural starch.

Anyone knows where I can get it??

I've seen it in some of the western supermarkets, maybe Villa, not sure. look around the baking supplies and also the spices.

Arrowroot is nothing but Tapioca Flour, go buy some, stick it in the blender, bada bing Arrowroot!

Arrowroot and cassava are two different plants. Check Wikipedia.I do not know how different the starches are though.
