Do you know how must costs a townhouse with space for a shop at the ground flood (1st floor) ? Price to rend or to sell ?

And can any townhouse be used to open a shop ?

I want to know the price of a townhouse on one of Jomtien / Pattaya mains roads, as TAPPRAYA ROAD, TEPPRASIT ROAD, PATTAYA 3rd ROAD, or any other main road on the way to Jomtien (not central Pattaya as i guess it would be too expensive).

Haven't bought another recently. Although I think those orange and green ones (front side) were 4.5-5 (sold out). They are surely a little less for the back row.

3 million +/- change was around 10 years ago. 5.5 million was the last one we got about 4 years ago.

They just demoshed a building in front of the TEPPRASIT market or Outlet shop, so they might build new towhouses soon ?

wish it will be less than 4 millions :-)
