Regarding petty-minded, I know kep-jai, I was wondering if there were any other terms with a similar or stronger meaning.

Petty - ไม่มีความสำคัญ (insignificant), มึความอาฆาต (vengeful)

Petty-minded - คิดเล็กคิดน้อย (worrying about trivial things)

คิดเล็กคิดน้อย also refers to someone or business that charging you for every little thing "nickel and dime you to death" :jap:
