Sounds crass but almost every local hardware (blue plastic pipe) shop has chicken wire. depends in BKK where you live. Rama 4 past Klong Toey market on the left has many hardware shops with plastic mesh and steel chicken wire. Wire has square weave not "western" style hexagonal weave.
