Sorry but why would anyone buy this for 30k ? A new corporation setup on 2 million would cost less than 20K and that includes government and legal fees. You are talking 14 days for 10,000 Baht and more with transfer fees of 6,000 Baht for the shareholders. Plus the worries is everything on the up and up.... who are the Thai shareholders, etc?

IMHO, its cheaper just to have a new corporation set up and have the name they want on the corporation.

Ok man. Go ahead! Set up your own corporation and have the name you like on it. But don’t even think that, everything will go on as it’s written on the internet. First, get in touch with a lawyer and then you’ll probably be able to judge or give advice to other people who already went through the Thai procedure of doing things.
