Ipad Podcast Terrible Sound Quality

Featured Replies

Hi there to add to all the other things I hate about my iPad...... Why are the music files on my iPad just fine but all the podcasts have this terrible echo/tinny sound which is bad enough to make them almost unusable? Is it only me.....surely not?

The sound on my iPad is very good. Only a bit low without speaker. Unfortunately I don't have podcast on my iPad, but many movies.

Do you have apps who create extreme high sounds. Like 'Mosqito Repeller' or 'Alarm sounds'. I heard they can damage the speaker.

Thanks, but the speaker system is just fine. Music is fine and so is some non-podcast material and speech on Youtube vids.

Today i went to MacZone CM. The repair guy didn't even know what a podcast was. The boss was away as always. I asked well what am I supposed to do? Errr there is nothing....

Prepress could u possibly download a couple of podcasts from somewhere and check for echoey room sound?

Try BBC Podcast search for Americana. It's very good. Or David Attenborough Life Stories, marvellous. Thanks if u can.

Never mind cured it!

When the podcast is on tap the screen for a control panel. Change 1/2x for 1x.

Pleasing one less thing the iPad does crappily.
