I was shown materials for a project Bayshore ocean view to be constructed above Patong beach, the prices were reasonable .It should be complete in 2 years . there are two forms of ownership available one freehold and one

lease hold... i was advised better to buy leasehold. can any one confirm this? also i was told the previous projects were returning a profit of over 80 percent in the two years it takes to build ... is this realistic? seems high to

me?

is it a good investment oppertunitty to buy property in patong in general?

and has anyone any experience or dealings with the company bayshore projects?
