Can someone tell me how much commission fee real estate agents commonly charge for an one, two or three year condo leasing-contract in Bangkok

Used to be 1 month rent per year but as most have raised their fees from 3% to 5% it could have gone up now as well.

It is well worth pointing out (multiple times in fact) that estate agents fees are not set in stone like the price of a postage stamp or a packet of biscuits at 7/11.

They are totally and utterly negotiable: just like the prices of the things they sell.

Also depends if you want full management or not............who will be collecting the rent, making sure bills are paid, arranging any repairs, contracts etc

Just bring a potential lessee and sign the contract that's all
