Land Lease - How Much To Pay In Taxes

My mother-in-law will offer me a 30 year lease on the site where my house is built. I am not married, but planning to do so in the nerar future.

How much should I pay for the lease, and how much do I have to pay in Government or other taxes.

House cost is 1,5 mill bath and is about 88 meter square.

Can you please give me some advice?

If you are not married yet forget about lease and get an Usufruct for life.

No taxes and as little as 75 baht to register it at the land office.

As you can see a standard usufruct document for life can be obtained from the land office. If they are not totally ignorant they even help youu fill it out.
