Any one have experience of growing edible mushrooms in the North? The wife suggests a yield 5kgs per day would make it worthwhile to sell in the local market. Any tips or advice would be appreciated.

Try contacting Dok Mai Gradens in Chiang Mai. I believe they will be able to lead you in the right direction.
