note - the wiki-answers site 2 posts back is out of date - Thais do not require a visa to visit Cambodia for a stay of up to 14 days.

The mfa site should be ore reliable (apart from spelling - 'Combodia')

Cambodia-Thailand Visa Exemption Agreement Comes into Force

The Agreement on visa exemption for holders of normal passports between Cambodia and Thailand has come into force from Dec. 16, 2010.

.... with this visa exemption, the peoples of the two countries can travel to and stay for 14 days in the host country without applying for visas.
