I am trying to install a program, but the installer tells me I need to have .NET Framework 1.0 Sp3 installed in order for the installation to proceed.

The problem is that I can only find .NET Framework 1.1 on Microsoft's download sites. Tried to install that, but even with .NET 1.1 installed, the installer still won't let the installation of the software proceed.

What to do now?

I am on Windows XP Professional Sp2 Swedish version.

Strange... v 1.1 should do it (it's backwards compatible). You could try installing .NET Framework 1.1 Service Pack 1. Otherwise I can only think it may be a localization issue?!?!
