Crime Thai Gunman Arrested After Fatal Shooting of Teen Girl in Pathum Thani
Photo via Naewna Lam Luk Ka Police have apprehended a Thai gunman responsible for the death of 17-year-old Wanwisa, also known as Tangmo, after an incident that began with exchanged glances at a barbecue restaurant in Pathum Thani on April 20. The tragic event unfolded when Wanwisa was shot in the forehead while riding a motorcycle with her boyfriend in Lam Luk Ka district, causing her to fall onto the road. Her friends suspected the gunman was a man they had encountered at the restaurant, later identified as 25-year-old Spy. Witnesses reported that Spy exchanged glances with Wanwisa’s group while dining, but no altercation took place at the venue. Following the meal, Spy allegedly tailed Wanwisa and her boyfriend. Upon reaching a particular road, Spy opened fire, tragically striking Wanwisa fatally. Although initially evading capture, Spy reportedly communicated to friends that he would not surrender willingly and was prepared to resist arrest violently. After an intensive five-day investigation, police located Spy at a petrol station in Tha Muang district, Kanchanaburi province. Spy was with his 29-year-old friend, Nattawut, who had assisted in his fugitive attempts. Throughout questioning, Spy claimed there was no pre-existing conflict with Wanwisa, her boyfriend, or their friends. However, he alleged a misunderstanding occurred when someone at Wanwisa’s table accused Spy and his friends of being affiliated with a gang known as Phahonyothin 92, a claim Spy denied. He admitted to the exchange of glances that led him to follow Wanwisa’s boyfriend, confessing to discharging his firearm during the pursuit, though he argued that her boyfriend also retaliated with gunfire. Spy insisted that he did not intend to harm Wanwisa specifically and regretted the death. Spy faces charges under Section 288 of the Criminal Law for intentional murder, which carries severe penalties including the death penalty, life imprisonment, or a sentence ranging from 15 to 20 years. Nattawut, who aided Spy's evasion of arrest, is charged under Section 192 for assisting a suspect in eluding capture, resulting in a potential penalty of up to two years’ imprisonment, a fine of up to 40,000 baht, or both. This case underscores the heavy legal consequences of such violent actions and illustrates the commitment of law enforcement to bringing perpetrators to justice, regardless of initial attempts to avoid the law. Sounds like someone had AI spew four thousand words psychoanalyzing what the rest of us just call being a grumpy old git with WiFi. Apparently getting cranky online is not just bad manners, it is now a full-blown medical condition according to people with too much free time. Who knew all it took to explain a few angry posts was a PhD thesis and absolutely no sense of humour. Imagine writing an entire essay to diagnose what could have been solved with a cuppa and a nap. Turns out it is not just arthritis setting in, it is also chronic comment section rage syndrome. So basically, old blokes are arguing online because they are bored and stubborn, but thanks for making it sound like a groundbreaking scientific discovery. -

There is a video on facebook of 5 young (big) farangs attacking a bouncer outside a bar He seems by himself ,no other thais came to help him He took them all on though and won and these were big guys- 1
