I happen to read about this on this website and the samui express

It would seem the club koh samui is investing 400 million dollars to build this complex it will include

1. 250 rooms

2. 18 hole golf course

3. Indoor ski slope

Located in chaweng beach

Not sure if this story is true or not but can't honestly see the purpose of wasting that kind of money when tourists to this island is on the decline. Although if they want to waste 400 million dollars it there money. Although like I said before something seems odd come on 400 million dollars
