I wouldn't give you 10 cents for the Harley dealer in BKK. I take my RK to a local scooter shop in Nong Bua Lamphu. They can do work like you describe. I have a book for my bike and can do the work myself if I had the tools. But these guys listen and do what you tell them. Need a translator tho'.
