New Night Market In Bkk?

Featured Replies

I recently heard that many of the vendors from the night bazaar at Lumpini have moved to a new location. Anyone know where it is, and what the market is like? Thanks!

(Sorry if this has been recently discussed. I did do a search but couldn't find any current information.)

Maybe down around Udom Suk BTS station? Even side. Soi 66-ish? Have driven by hundreds of times, can't place it exactly. Maybe not so much movement from Lumpini but rather an existing market taking advantage of the name? It's got kind of a faux Khmer/Ayutthaya brick gate as the entrance.

I think the Suan Lum Night Bazaar is moving the Ratchadapisek area, I am just not sure if it has already moved (or not).

Yep it's opposite Soi 101/1. Was told it's old Lumpini vendors.

The owners of Suan Lum Night Bazaar have re-opened a place called siam paradise night bazaar. It is opposie soi 101/1 or in between soi 66 and 64.

All vendors from suan lum have moved and you can check out the fb page https://www.facebook.com/pages/Siam-Paradise-Night-Bazaar/226519924033924

cheers

Five-minute walk up the street from me! Siam Paradise Night Bazaar, directly opposite the mouth of Suk. Soi 101/1, about equidistant (7-8 min walk) from either Punnawitthi or Udomsuk BTS stations, which just opened a bit more than a week ago. Stalls not all rented or open yet, but on the weekend it's starting to boom. Big elevated food court fronting right on Sukhumvit, live band weekends starting at 8 or 9, not sure exactly.

interesting to see that it is moving to sukhumvit as i see the suan lum night bazaar logo in ratchadapisek area.

They are going to have 2 cause one is never enough. Btw, I noticed signs in the way into Siam square that say 'night market'.
