Buying Supplements Thailand
Oats are way too much fiber for me, and seem to suck up all the moisture in the intestines, making it a bit uncomfortable when purging the excess, non dietary fiber. Another reason why I cut the starchy carbs, beside the sugar, as really don't want the extra fiber. All good now, with the higher fat, protein, and fibrous carbs (greens; broccoli, asparagus, kale & cabbage mostly). Never was a rice fan, especially boring white rice. Bread is my Achilles heel, as made a loaf of rye yesterday, and 3 slices in already. 1 slice still out, the rest in freezer. Use to do half loaf a day, which is quite a bit, since my loafs are 800+gr. Got it down to a few slices a week, instead of 2 loafs Might consider making your own yoghurt, as easy enough and will be sugar free. If you eat a lot. -

Just received a Tax form in the post - what next ?
Correct. There is no field on the form to claim a DTA exemption, thus no way to deduct NON-assessable income from you PIT calculations. Thailand permits taxpayers to self-determine which income is assessable, and only enter taxable income on the forms. Non-assessable income is invisible to the system. There are two posters here that claimed TRD officials showed them they could deduct it, but they entered that into a field to deduct income already reported on Thai half-year tax returns. This would be done manually by the TRD officer, and would require a copy of the half-year return if you tried this at home. Not possible online. Note neither of those posters filed yet, so this is still unverified. -

Trump popularity sinks as Americans quickly sour on economy: poll
Polls can be manipulated to give the results to satisfy the poll takers, especially in this day and age. Hillary and Harris were both leading Trump and that simply just wasn't the case. Political parties (both sides) manipulate the polls to beat the drums for donations to promote their agenda. Believe the polls at your peril, as far as I'm concerned, they're just BS.
