Dividing A Chanoot

Recommended Posts

The wait is determined by how long it takes to get the land surveyed. Paperwork can be done in a week, assuming a 30 day posting period is not involved.

Thankyou IO relieved you didn't say something horribly long.

Survey done and ready.

Not sure about the 30 day notice or not.

When it's done I will be getting the bigger divided part to put together with three other lots so I'm certainly not going to object, and I'm not sure it's anyone else's business that they could have a legitimate right to object. The seller is merely reducing the lot they are selling me a bit because a small triangle is rather near their house so they would rather keep it.

cheers
