Hi,

Quick question - we've been in Chiang Mai 2 years now and have a 14 year-old-daughter at an international school. We need to go to renew her permission to stay for a year and I seem to recall that both parents have to be there. My wife and I are both Americans here on retirement visas. Anybody confirm whether one or both parents need to go?

I'm not 100% sure about Chiang Mai, but in BKK only 1 parent has to be present at the immigration office.
