I recommend the following; - Fingerprints and photo record taken - Copy of passport and visa taken - References from 3 people with at least 2 of them being adult women not in the bar trade - Sign a contract that the guy can not walk around in his thong scratching his bits., no wild parties, no kathoeys allowed under the bed etc. Sleep with a big carving knife.

September 30, 201114 yr Author i couldnt think of a worse place to advertise for a roomate. goodluck though. do you wakeboard? yes I do if you are in town and need recommend I'd suggest to go down on Ransit-nakorn nayok Rd. then turn left at Klong6 and keep going then you will see the big poster just follow it ,that place is the best to do wakeboard much better than Sukhumvit area .If you need more detail just let me know .
