I need to do a visa run shortly, and will need to take my 7yr old child with me, since mum will be at work. In the past, we've sometimes all gone together. I've checked out & in using my passport, mum has simply got a 'day border pass', and child has been named on border pass as an 'accompanying child'. Anyone ever heard of a 'falang' taking a Thai child for the trip over to Burma and back using something like a border pass method, but without the Thai parent?
