I'm now in touch with a chap in Thailand who's helping me with the legalities of setting up a company.

The next part of the scenario is as follows.

I need help with information regarding fees etc. for the Min of Ed Dept and anything else you can help me with, if you can, that is, on this side of the set up.

Can you help advise me? I'm looking forward to all your replies.

Mr-Chris have a look at http://www.sunbeltasia.com/ they are one of TV's sponsors apart from the language schools for sale their adds contain a lot of the costs you are likely to encounter.

Also they could be a good contact re set-up/purchase.

I don't think there are many costs involved to be honest. You need at least one classroom and that's about it (Thai principal). Sunbelt Asia generally deals with businesses not schools (they're different).

I personally think you're wasting your time Chris. Get over here and have your wife ring the MoE and find out how to do it.

There's IMO already enough language schools here, but good luck.

Get over here..and out of Bangkok.. try the other provinces..
