OK, I know we all like to moan about Bangkok Airways. However I have been reviewing my travel activities and I have found that my Flyer Bonus account has not been credited with the correct number of bonus points.

I have found 50 points that they have missed out. My birthday month they state they will credit you with 20 bonus points (NO HAVE!). Currently they are offering double points for web bookings with a travel period before end of December, I have taken a return flight and only been paid the double points on one leg of the fare!!! They have corrected these errors for me which is great.

So if anyone else uses the flyer bonus scheme it would be worth while reviewing to see if you can pick up any lost points.

Has anyone else had similar problems?

I possibly had something similar with the bonus point on offer at the moment. My 10 points for the flight were in my account but not the bonus ones. Sent them an e-mail and they said that bonus points take up to 14 days to show. they are now there but i'm not convinced they would be if i hadnt prompted them. I agree, always check after every flight!
