Changing From Thai To English Script

When I run mozilla, I get all the sidebars/info for certain media sites etc, to wit, the entire interface, in Thai.Could someone kindly let me know the procedure for changing to roman script on my computer please, I forgot.

Not entirely accurate considering the below. There is of course other Mozilla non-browser apps such as Thunderbird.

For simplicity, the term Mozilla is often used to refer to all Mozilla-based browsers. For example, when it is said that a website is usable by Mozilla browsers, it means that it is usable by Mozilla Suite/SeaMonkey, Firefox, Camino, Netscape 6, etc.
