my CD-Recorder is broken and i need a qualified technician/repair service on Koh Smaui.It looks like the power mainboard has a problem.does anybody know a reliable Technician/rRepair service on Koh Samui?

I thought to use Amorn Group Service Center in Surat since they really know what they are doing but dont have time to go there!!

Any help is really appreciated!

I'm surprised you don't junk it and buy another one - very cheap now.

If you want to collect it from the Mae Nam area I'll give you my old one. It works fine (used to work fine 2 years ago) but the DVD drive has stopped working. Records CDs but not DVDs. It needs a new DVD drive in it.

(I assume you are talking about a recorder that records from TV??)

thanks for the reply and your offer ;-)...i forgot to mention its an stand alone audio-cd recorder which i need for studio recording...thats why i was asking for repair service.

does your dvd recorder have digital i/o?never thought about an dvd-recorder,could do the same job,it just need to have digital i/o (coax) so the recording is good quality.

im using an philips stand alone audio-cd-recorder.still if anybody knows reliable technician on the island who knows more than how to change a broken fuse i would be very glad ;-)
