Thought dodgy moles must be cut out. The rear of the thing spreads to other organs.

I remember reading a post few years ago (I believe I got a link from this site). From what I remember, the guy was ordering it online, there wasn't any mention of any prescription for it, and I also think he got it from Australia. So use search and perhaps google and I wish you luck with your problem. Do go and see a dermatologist as others suggested.

You really need to have it tested if you suspect any chance of cancer as do not know of any topical treatment that is 100% effective. There is a treatment called Aldara (Imiquimod) available here as cream that is popular in Oz and quite effective but believe it is only used as insurance after other removals in most cases - at least for me that has been the case. A visit, removal and if suspect a biopsy could be well worth the expense.

As several have said, if this is a mole that had grown or changed in appearance it is essential it be evaluated by a dermatologist ti rule out malignant melanoma.

Doctors appointment would be range of several hundred to a bit more than one thousand baht depending on doctor/hospital I believe. I paid 3,000 baht for visit/laser removal/testing/medication and followup last month at Vejthani (mid priced top line private hospital). They do not have CO2 but believe it is about the same.

There is no room for self diagnosis and/or self treatment where moles are concerned. Malignant melanoma is a disaster if not diagnosed and treated early. Treatment is excision and not topical applications of any kind.

Squamous cell and basal cell carcinomas are not a problem and are usually easy to diagnose and manage. These 2 types do not occur with moles but are separate leasions on the skin and may present like a small ulcer that does not heal or even just a rough patch of skin on sun exposed areas.

Moles below the elbow and below the knee are particularly prone to become malignant and should be removed.

Don't mess with skin cancer, nab it early, early treatments have a very high success rate and almost painless. Go to a specialist.
