Apartments In Chatuchak, On Nut, Chom Phon, Etc.?

Featured Replies

Hello. I am currently staying in Ekamai, but find it a bit too noisy and polluted.

I would like to head out of downtown a bit, but still have convenient transportation, ie. BTS, MRT.

Any suggestions for a nice apartment building would be appreciated.

50sq meters and up...studio, 1bdrm, 2 bdrm.

Newer, secure building, hi speed wifi (if possible, else I'll get my own), furnished, etc.

For discounts, I can sign for 6 month to 1 year lease, no problem.

Budget to 15k for spectacular place, but 9-10k would be better.

Thank you very much in advance.

Check out on line UCE Place on Sukhumvit 81 ( near On Nut ) very quiet location and only a ten baht bike ride from the station.

Near UCE are several other places worthy of a look. Not a bad street all things considered, but still can be a little "scooter noisy". Best place I found was Pornpanasap Mansion. New, clean, well-run but also strict (in terms of payment terms, deposit, damage). No doubt further down Suk will be better deals now too and quieter, although less eateries maybe.

Thanks for all the advice! I ended up at The Next in On-Nut :)
