Insect Bites On Baby

We were staying at a hotel in Bangkok. Mother, father and daughter were all sleeping together in ne bed One morning my 7 month old daughter woke up with 5 red circles on her face about the size of a dime with a raised dot like a beginning of a pimple in the center. A couple of days later it looked like a bulls eye. It then went away. Two weeks later they are red again. What can this be and what should we do about it?
