Can any kind person please assist.

I have a true move sim card for my mobile phone,i have purchased a top up from a 7/11 store,have tried on at least 10 occasions to top up...no joy.

have dialled 1128,operator says press 9,then press 1,then i cannot understand what the lady says before u put in the pin code?????

It should be on the voucher from 7/11, it has on any one I've ever received, but maybe it got ripped from the printer before it completed.

Yes it does have but unless you can read Thai you would not know it. Easier just to get the staff at 7-11 to do it for you. They are mobile techs. lol

I just hand my phone and some baht to the 7/11 staff and get them to do it for me, has worked without any problems so far

It's dead easy... just dial *123* (this is on the top up slip), then dial the 14 digit code followed by # (this information is also on the slip) and lastly press the green dial button. So easy...

*123* plus code number # not working for me sez, "wrong input or operation fail, please try again later."

I guess it's back to 7 - 11
