Although I did know know either Norman or Eileen well - I have know them for a long time and I have been their customer and they became mne when they came on a visit to Chiang Mai. This couple built a significant and successful business from nought with hard work and fine quality, Always a pleasant word to customers who over time became, as I did, to feel more like friends.
