Blackberry

Featured Replies

I'm becoming quite interested in Blackberries(?). Is there a website that gives a comprehensive run-down on their capabilities? Is there anything Thai specific that I ought to know about them?

Have you owned any type of smartphone before? Such as Iphone, Samsung whatever?

If not you will find smartphone's to be quite amazing in their capabilities compared to standard phones, and I use my Blackberry every day to communicate with friends in Thailand, sending messages, music files, photos, voice notes etc too.

There is also an application called WhatsApp that allows you to communicate via Blackberry BBM ( Blackberry Messenger ) to phone's from other manufacturers.

The list of apps is endless, in effect you have a mobile computer in your pocket.

Thai BBM users have Thai language capability on the phone's, and the default is English language, so they can easily switch from Thai to English when messaging you.

I highly recommend, some people prefer iphone, but the whole concept of smartphone's is excellent.

TV have an iphone app but I don't think they have a Blackberry app.

I have an android phone at the moment but I've been given a BB 8520 at work and find that I quite like the general BB idea. The problme is that I know nothing about the BB environment and am confused over the choice of handsets.
