There's a big stationers on the chao fah road apporx 100m/200m from the chalong roundabout on the left hand side if your driving towards phuket town (Julipans I think) they have powered dye there, Rawai hardware on the main road into Rawai has liquid dye also

Im not sure which is which, if your travelling from Rawai, when you get to Chalong circle, turn right (3rd exit) and it's about 100m/200m up on the left
