So you would need about 12M Baht being USD 300.000. If you want to buy a condo in Pattaya that is from Baht 1M and up depending on size/location. With your current net worth and income/savings potential you should be closer to USD 1M in 20 years time. note: Things like medical insurance might go up in cost faster than general inflation.
