Looking for a decently priced resort/land in the above area as an investment.

Based in Koh Samui so viewing is labour intensive, found what looked like a decent place from the ONLY agent in town, on his website.

Went to look today, pictures about 10 years out of date, agent (deaf Scandinavian) rude and lacking knowledge of even the title of the property, which turned out to be derelict, when advertised as "beautiful resort and Restaurant".

Won't name him, but when looking around this area - what a time-waster.

If anyone from the surrounding area can recommend anyone,who knows what a chanote is and who can hear, please let me know by PM.

Can't help you but spent a pleasant 3 days there a couple of years ago. Not much there to be honest and not a lot of passing trade.- good luck with your search. Her's a video I made of my stay.
