My wife has been a professor in the Foundations area of visual arts for over 20 years. I've taught for five years. Between the two of us we've picked up some well known grants, etc. We are very interested in the idea of teaching in Thailand (particularly Chiang Mai), but know nothing about the attitude regarding hiring non Thais.

Does anyone have any experience / suggestions? We both have BFA's and MFA's. Thanks.
