Burmese opposition leader Aung San Suu Kyi will attend the World Economic Forum (WEF) in Bangkok next week as she begins her first overseas trip in more than two decades. The trip, which comes two months after her party won 43 of 44 seats in parliamentary by-elections on April 1, will include stops in Norway, where she will deliver her Nobel Peace Prize acceptance speech, and the UK, where she will address both houses of the British Parliament. She will also speak at an International Labor Organization conference in Geneva.
