bought a pickup nearly 2 years ago by finance. In the wifes name but I pay for it. I would like to put the finance agreement in my name and change it from the wifes. It would be nice to have something in my name for a change.

can this be done and I just continue with the payments ?

Yes it can as long as you are cleared with the Finance Company and of course your wife agees to it.
