There is/should be no discrimination There is (rightly in my opinion) discrimination against previously banned members I think there should also be discrimination against keyboard-turrets-syndrome sufferers We all know what you want to be when you grow up. One can't expect to be taken seriously when they are merely a default silhouette. When the avatar is there I automatically know whether to move on or to pay close attention, because the member will have previously distinguished themselves by their ignorance or lack of it.
