I personally thought the treatment by the part time day trippers of Fellaini last night was absolutely deplorable.

It matters not a jot to me that last season he was among many others not fit to wear the shirt. I matters not that he has a long way to go before restoring any faith we probably didn't have in him anyway.

What matters is that when he pulls that shirt on, he plays for United, and that means we support, we push on and we sing and shout for our 'team'. Yes we still get annoyed and groan and moan when it's not going right, like any other passionate supporters.

What we do not do, NOT EVER, is boo our own, not at any moment. Coming on to the pitch, playing on it or going off it. And as for the sarcastic cheering when he got the ball and didn't screw it up, just as bad.

This maybe fodder for other fans to have a laugh, and fair does, but I take this massively seriously as do all my pals.

I'm happy OT will mostly have a different crowd come Saturday and these idiots will be in the minority, and will get shouted down if they try this again....!!!!!

Totally agree and the abuse levelled at Tom Cleverley last season was probably worse as it was over an extended period and quite vindictive even petitions taken up by some clowns to get him out of the club.Now Tom didn't have a great season but no one, who knows the game, doubts that whenever he plays he gives 100%.Its a very unsavoury trend and its up to the real supporters to turn on these idiots and shut them up.

I read an article commenting on a trend of 352 emerging but, first of all, as a Chelsea fan you had better look up what a 352 is all about, otherwise further talk would be lost on you. You know, its been around nearly as long as zonal marking

So tell me, even though he probably has more attacking flair in his squads midfield than any other manager has at his disposal, you reckon the Special Needs One will still be trying to kill games or we he dare to show some attacking flair?
