Pheu Thai to hold four Bangkok rallies

The Nation

BANGKOK: -- The Pheu Thai Party will hold four separate rallies in Bangkok aimed at explaining two issues - charter change and reconciliation and countering the Democrats.

The rallies will take place tomorrow at Don Mueang, June 28 at Wongwian Yai, June 30 at city plaza and July 3 at Lat Phrao, party deputy spokeswoman Sunisa Lertpakawat said on Thursday.

The rallies, under the theme "Phue Thai meets the people", will feature speakers like Natthawut Saikua, Jatuporn Promphan, Nitipoom Navarat and Sunai Jullapongsathorn.

Political veterans, such as Sutham Saengprathum and Adisorn Piengket, will make rally appearances following the lifting of ban for holding office.

The Don Mueang rally will be led by Pheu Thai MP Karun Hosakul. Deputy Prime Minister Chalerm Yoobamrung will lead the Wongwian Yai rally.

Sunisa said Natthawut and Jatuporn will focus on rebutting the Democrats.

They ought to hold rallies up their own back passage. All the lot of the nutters all the colours. It's a pity they have not got work to do to occupy their time. Promise them the world they are your friend-give them the world and they want more.
