Sure, you can use any insurance agent or even bike repair shop and pay them for arranging insurance and tax for something like a 100 baht service charge. Just ask about the motor bike hire places.

I normally use the guy at this Car-Check place in Patong. If you got an older vehicle, he has to "check" the road worthiness anyway. But he will arrange for your insurance and Tax Payment as well.
